Each of our clients is an individual and we treat each as such. Every athlete has different goals, experience levels, and genetics. We are not solely responsible for the success of our athletes - they work very hard and the best follow our instruction to a "T". Here are some testimonials from some of our hardest working clients:
Terry & Nancy Hendrix
Terry Hendrix started his contest prep at 245 pounds and stepped on stage at a shredded 209. In 2009,Terry finished 8th in the Heavyweight division at the Nova Scotia Provincials. In 2010, just a year later, with the guidance of Contest Body he placed a strong second!
Nancy Hendrix started her contest prep at 158 pounds. 16 weeks later she stepped on stage at a ripped 132 and captured the women's Heavyweight and Overall titles at both the Nova Scotia Provincial Bodybuilding championships and the Atlantic Bodybuilding contest.
"Both Terry and I would like to thank Chris at Contest Body for his amazing dedication to us this year in our prep for the NSABBA Provincials and Atlantics. We were definitly at our best this year and the results we achieved prove that he is VERY good and knowledgeable at what he does! Chris knows his stuff! So once again a HUGE thank you to you Chris! Looking forward to the plan for the 2010 Nationals in Saskatoon!"
Sonja Morrison
Sonja started her contest prep at 140 pounds. She was the best conditioned Figure athlete at the 2010 NSABBA show at 121 pounds. This was her first show and placed fifth in a class of 13. The judges thought she was "too lean" and therefore deducted points. However, she attained the exact physique we were looking for and in that respect achieved victory.
"The whole experience was enjoyable and I can now cross competing off my 'bucket list'. To be honest, the contest prep wasn't near as difficult as I had thought it would be. Chris kept me on track day to day and made it easy for me to focus on what had to be done. My food plan was on the fridge so I never had to guess what to eat or what to change from week to week. Thanks Chris!"
Robert Macdonald
Robert began at 14 weeks out weighing 180 pounds. At first his goal was to simply come in better shape than he ever had before. As we got to the six week mark, that goal changed to wanting nothing short of first place. We achieved that goal. At 163 pounds Robert took first place at the NSABBA competition in the welterweight division and repeated a week later at the Atlantics. This is quite an improvement from last year's sixth place finish.
"Do yourself a favor and hire Chris at Contest Body. Having someone to train you properly and having someone who is there for you and to answer ALL of your questions makes all the difference. Don’t waste 16 weeks of your life (and your spouses’/families’/partners lives) dieting, weight lifting and doing cardio for lackluster results. I promise you it will be the best investment you can make in preparing for your next contest."
